Sure, just the same as your freedom to not wear a motorcycle helmet or a seat belt or to consume a 16oz Coca Cola in NYC. I'm all for legalization, but the fact is that the "nanny state'ers" are already in the habit of telling you what you can can't do with your own health, AND, if you think it's bad now, just wait until the inevitable government provided health care. Once the government undertakes complete responsibility for your health, it will also take away all of your personal lifestyle choices for health. Forget smoking pot- You'll be lucky to buy a Starbucks mocha and a doughnut.
