The payroll tax "holiday" was a bad idea from the get go. SS has been running deficits for the last few years. And just WHEN will we, the taxpayers, see a REAL spending cut? WHEN???

That's only if there is another "presidential" election. Judging from the obummer's recent attitude there may not be. He seems to be more and more dictatorial and less and less "presidential".
