Huh? I have NO IDEA what these laws are saying. I bet most people don't either. Sounds like Obamacare is just another way to give lawyers business. And even if there is insurance for all, I don't see where there is going to be enough doctors and hospitals to care for everyone.

I liked the part where medical equiment suppliers have to pay a special tax on everything sold. NOT! so the government has to purchase artificial limbs etc. for our wounded soldiers and has to pay a tax it imposed upon itself at a time when the budget needs to be carefully managed. This is the definition of insanity.

Obamacare was not really intended to create a viable system itself. It was designed to destroy the private health insurance & health care industries, so that in a few yrs they can propose to replace it all with totally government run "single payer" socialized medicine.

And Demscum just went right along with it. They totally sold their souls There is no justification for any decent person to run for any office as a Dem, nor for anyone outside the fringe left and the gimmes from supporting them.

What gets me if it's such a wonderful plan why did Congress exempt itself from it. There are so many new taxes in this law it is beyond belief. We are going to have insurance up to our eyeballs and we will not be able to find one doctor who takes it. This scenario is already happening on the Medicare front. i still can't believe Obama won a second term. Hopefully something big will happen on Dec 21, 2012 and we can get back to our lives without govt interference.

Obama didn't really win. That's what's so scary about all this. Indications of voter fraud big time are showing up right and left. 100% to 150% voter participation in some precincts. 99% of the vote in many precincts going to Obama. Even in a third world dictatorship you don't see these numbers. And isn't it interesting that Romney didn't win one of the swing states when he was close or ahead in most? When our elections can be so skewed to favor one party, we are in worse trouble than we even thought. In short, a vote against the favored candidate is actually a non-vote. This has proven true when people's votes for Romney kept defaulting to Obama and then when the Romney vote "stuck", they discovered it had not been counted.

With the president mobilizing for a barnstorming tour in support of massive tax hikes and to, in effect, overturn last week's vote to keep the House in GOP hands and the gavel in John Boehner's --details here on the president's plan-- the GOP is getting organized in the House and laying down markers.

The media is focused on speculation about the "big deal" and the various scandals, but a huge story is brewing that few are watching.

The deadline for the most important political and legal decisions of the near term is being made in every state: Whether or not...
