Well, since you are interested in the "whole story" lets not forget that the "vulture capitalists" are headed by Tim Collins of Ripplewood Holdings. Collins just happens to be a democrat insider (donated $70,300 to Democrats this election cycle including $35,800 to Obama). He was vetted by Democrat union buddy Richard Gephardt for the Teamsters when Ripplewood bought Hostess out of their first bankruptcy. Ripplewood also managed to kill Readers' Digest.
