Not convinced that Romney wants to cut spending significantly. I think he just has different priorities on what he will spend on.

He just needs to be willing to sign the spending that Congress passes. People need to learn and understand that only Congress can spend money or raise taxes over the long term. If we can get a Congress and Senate that will pass budgets that live within our means then we only need Romney to be willing to sign the budget.
