According to the amnesty bill, The 11 million (anybody want to bet it will be closer to 20 million) then can sponsor their family members to come to the US under the chain immigration section of the bill, But the best part is the American people will pick up the tab for the lawyers who will do all the paperwork for Illegal aliens. Also the Dem's want to increase the number of college graduates who can come here for work to I believe 3 million a year. I understand that blue collar and working class people are lazy and not to smart and will not work, but now we know that American college graduates are the same. Memo to college graduates and their parents: welcome to the back of the bus.
Everyone in Washington is showing new interest in immigration reform. President Barack Obama needs to do something to cement the loyalty of Hispanics, who did so much to re-elect him. Republicans seem to grasp that they had better soften their hard line unless they want to forfeit any hope with Latinos and Asian-Americans.

Both sides also agree that a balanced, two-part approach is in order: stricter enforcement and improved border security on one hand and a pathway to legalization on the other. It's an excellent plan -- except for that first part.
