Typical liberal hypocrisy; the Marylander just driving through D.C. with an otherwise legal magazine or weapon will spend time in jail. That Marylander wasn't going to commit a crime either! Gregory's request to use the "prop" was DENIED. Liberals love to be allowed to break the law for 'necessary' reasons. Just remember Carl Rowen who publicly stated that anyone, ANYONE who uses a gun should go to jail, then proceeded to shoot a stoner who was swimming in the pool at his son's house in D. C. Mr Rowan had the gun illegally (it was his son's), used it despite there being no threat to his life, but still did not go to jail like he demanded others do. Hypocritical liberals.....

As a refresher, three weeks ago Gregory interviewed NRA President Wayne LaPierre from the Meet the Press studio in Washington D.C. During the interview, Gregory held up a 30-round ammunition magazine while making a case for limits on magazine capacity. The simple possession of a 30-round ammunition magazine in Washington D.C. is illegal.
