When people are forced to choose between crony capitalism and socialism, they choose socialism every time for self preservation. While Main Street America continues to pay for the corrupt interaction between Washington and Wall Street that lead to the crash, the GOP has belittled the electorate (a nation of takers) while praising the business acumen of very people that raped and pillaged America. Continuing to demonize the electorate is not the answer; it's time for the GOP to seriously question its own motivations and behavior.

Crony Capitalism is big business lobbying and bribing congress to get what they want. It can't exist if gov't isn't in the business of buying votes and being unethical.

As long as government supplies the goodies, people will fight over them.

Unions and other groups fight over them too. The solution.......follow the Constitution.
Our federal government does not follow or obey it in the slightest. Thus, they are law breakers of the highest order.

and don't think that judges can rule unconstitutionally just because of their position. Their role is temporary, while the law is eternal (unless the People change it).

Oh, politicians don't buy votes. The government is lily white. Government has been using businesses to fund itself for decades and now turns on the same people who have helped them. Crony capitalism is a socialist idea to destroy free enterprise and small businesses.

Marxism was/is the response to crony capitalism.
