John McCain Doubles Down: Rand Paul is a "Wacko Bird"

TownHall is a joke. Last week, McCain was a "hero" for his stance on Benghazi. Now he's an untouchable. This is such a laughable pattern here. The moment someone says something against a party member - they're out of the club. What a bunch of children here. Rand Paul is a way bigger joke than McCain. Aside from always looking looking like he has just come off a 3-day bender -- pale, puffy-eyed, umkempt -- he is full of misinformation, conspiracy theories, and convoluted rhetoric to the tune of Sarah Palin. He's another loser who is being praised now, but will fall out of grace shortly.... just like all the others...

Exactly, any man displays some brass, leaps out of the trench and over the top gets shot in the back by his own army. You cannot leave the trench of lies.

So, you agreed with McCain in 2008 that Sarah Palin was more than qualified to be President? If not, why should you take his opinion with a grain of salt now? He was willing to put her within a heartbeat of the Oval Office. If I recall correctly that outraged most of you to the point of near full-blown BDS.

So, to paraphrase for you.... if you don't think the way Sarah does, you are a Joke.

Did I capture that correctly?

No. You actually missed the point entirely -- not a surprise, though.

The hero worship until your candidate doesn't win or does something real stupid or can't stand up to media scrutiny, then you rednecks turn on them like they're rabid dogs.

Sarah, you miss the point entirely. It has nothing to do with the man. It has to do with what he says and what he supports. If he supports conservative, or for that matter traditional REpublican beliefs, then HIS COMMENTS will be acknowledged favorable, if not, then not.

Actually, Sarah, I believe that I captured your sentiments exactly. TH is a Joke. McCain is a joke. Rand Paul, aside from making snarky comments on his looks, is a bigger joke. How am I wrong?

You are a typical liberal. To you, every public figure must be either all bad or all good. You are incapable of applauding McCain when he occasionally gets something right while still not trusting him because he is unreliable.

You are (apparently) a simpleton who's thinking is incapable of anything more sophisticated than Democrat = Good, Republican = Bad.

McJaun beats the hussein hands down, don't you agree?

If you missed it yesterday, twice-failed presidential candidate and grossly out of touch dinosaur John McCain slammed Rand Paul's filibuster. Today in the friendly Huffington Post, he's doubling down on his comments and making really intellectually grounded constitutional arguments against those questioning the White House about the assassination of Americans on U.S. soil by calling them, "wacko birds." McCain also took the time to insult the people who voted for Senators like Paul and Texas' Ted Cruz.

"They were elected, nobody believes that there was a corrupt election, anything else," McCain said. "But I also think...
