Basically we are down to two branches of government. If the Supreme Court is taking the position that they will do what they can to uphold the actions of the Legislative Branch be twisting the Constitituion to support such a decision there is really very little role for the Supreme Court. We may need to dump our Constitution and start all over with a new one as this one has no teeth. Roberts has killed the Supreme Court. He will go down in history as a villain.

Why not just cut open a goat and be done with it?
