Your conclusion of circumstances, might just be correct, as it stands the Affordable Health Caare bill is in general a disaster on almost every level for everyone, except Congress who is exempt from same.

I agree that that is exactly what the plan is. AS jniewicki wrote above it will only continue until we stop it. We are already seeing cases of employees being laid off or their hours cut because small businesses won't be able to afford it. I think a mandate amendment to the Constitution is a great idea. We should all work toward passing it.
