If requiring someone to produce photo ID before they could vote is a violation of their civil rights, then every other business and institution requiring it as a condition of transaction is guilty of it as well. A restaurant who refuses to serve Black people would be shut down for it. Why are car rental companies, banks and airlines not being shut down for refusing to serve the photo ID-less?
Earlier today, Attorney General Eric Holder addressed the NAACP Nation Convention at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, Texas. What did media need in order to attend? That's right, government issued photo identification (and a second form of identification too!), something both Holder and the NAACP stand firmly against when it comes to voting. Holder's DOJ is currently suing Texas for "discriminatory" voter ID laws. From the press release:

That said, If they can force you to provide 2 IDs in order to exercise your right to earn a living, they can require one to exercise your right to cast a vote!
Because we all know thats exactly what Sharpton, Jackson and the ACLU would do if John Ashcroft had required ID from people of color and nothing from white people. They would sue, sue, sue, appeal, file for a delay in implementation, and then sue!
