The last time I received the incorrect order, and I check while in the store, I showed the shift manager that it was written correctly but assembled incorrectly. I asked to meet the cook, and I did, and I explained that I used to be a public school teacher and i just had to make sure that the cook who could not read was not one of my former students.

I hope he was more attentive to orders after that.
