The problem with this "debate" is that it has become totally political. True scientific method does not consider consensus but attempts to question the hypothesis. Nye,if he is a scientist which I doubt, does seem to think that true science is illegitimate.

The AP is reporting that Al Gore has reported a break-in. Apparently he left his iced tea on his nightstand,woke up the next morning and noticed that somebody had taken a drink out his tea. After all the level in the glass had gone down.
