Your argument is all over the place. You site the bill of rights and the constitution wondering where Mr. Prager's argument comes from. With a little research you'd clearly see that his argument is defined by the Founder's themselves.(the authors of the documents in case you were wondering)

It's time for you to find a new "go to guy" regarding good government. We sent a message to Sacramento and they still haven't gotten a clue... in fact they haven't for several years. Sending these incompetent fools to Sac-town for longer terms will only sharpen their skills in providing more incompetent legislation.
