Thanks for the book tip. I've just ordered it and Fidel: Hollywood's Favorite Tyrant, and, my personal favorite, A Glorious Defeat: Mexico and Its War with the United States... which we are still fighting in the Southwest with our own government via border control - to be or not to be.

Upon the death of my grandmother (who was Mormon), the Mormon side of my family lied, cheated, stole and caused general havoc until they got all the money grandmother left her granddaughters (all her childred, including my "Jack" Mormom father, had preceeded her in death). Mormons haven't caused me any problems since then. I avoid them like the plague.

I have just come in from doing my Christmas shopping AND I was required on all purchases, other than cash, to show both my credit card and photo id (in the form of my driver's license). If you don't drive, you can get a state photo-id card... unless you are an illegal alien or dead... It is my understanding that both these groups have voted in some elections. Perhaps photo-ids should be REQUIRED to vote.

My father, two uncles and a great-uncle all died for his right to say such nonsense... and for my right to call it nonsense, as well as, my right to send care packages to whomever I choose. Teach your children well... so that they understand and recognize not only the sacrifices that have been made to secure their freedoms but the fallacy of the nonsense spouted by these types of individuals.

After they continued to support Obamacare among other bills/policies with which I disagreed, I tried to resign from AARP. I was unable to do so. I let my membership expire. Now, AARP is being "paid back" for their support! I don't care, I STILL won't join their orgainzation. I'll hope that the courts will see through this travesity. By the way, as I have full medical, dental and vision insurance as well as Medicare,I applied for a wavier. I have heard nothing on my request.

Medicare has worked for me by REQUIRING me to pay TEN PERCENT of my Social Security pension when I have (and have had for years) private insurance for medical, dental and vision. And Medicare will work for me in the future by REQUIRING me to PAY MORE of my Social Security. Don't even go to whether or not I am entitled to my Social Security - I paid into this Ponzi scheme for 50 years (and, it wasn't a Ponzi scheme until the politicians saw something they could steal!) As for the benefits programs, the only time I applied for Food Stamps was after I lost my job. I filled out an application consisting of 28 pages and got... TEN DOLLARS per month. When I picked them up, the girl that was handing out the Food Stamps apologized to me...

He's in LA scamming money (35,000 dollars per plated - that's right Thirty Five THOUSAND DOLLARS PER PLATE - a couple will cost 70,000 dollars!) out of the Hollywood liberals while tying up traffice for miles around in LA's famous "rush hour(s)" so that he can tromp Trumph or who ever... while the country goes to h-e-l-l in a handbag.

Are you kidding me? President Trump?!? How many Republicans are there in the US? Millions? Can't we find someone other than this TV star? He's no Ronald Regan. That goes for Sara, too! Get real Republicans or I'll just sit on my vote.
