As I read the employer mandate.....
If I'm a large shareholder of any public held company, what will keep me on Jan. 2, 2014 from notifying the board of directors and CEO's of the companies I hold investments in, of my intent to file suit over their failure to uphold their fiduciary responsibilities in the care and handling of my investment, if they dare pay one dime more than the penalty spelled out in this new ObamaTax.
IOW: Will the employer mandate alone not cause millions more Americans to be dumped from their existing health insurance policies, simply because the CEO and Board of Directors are left with no choice?
Former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, the same woman who said we needed to pass ObamaCare to see what's in it, doesn't have a fan in Sarah Palin. The former Alaska governor and vice presidential nominee called Pelosi a "ding-bat" last night on Hannity.
Palin also responded to the ObamaTax ruling on her Facebook page.

When I ask my son, who is a CPA, what he thinks, he says there is no way this would happen. I ask him to explain what he basis this statement of fact on. His response, because his clients could never be so cruel.
