I clicked on this article becasue I could've used some cheering up. But by the 3rd paragraph I was snorting in derision. No, Mr. Philips, we will NOT do those things. We (the GOP) will not learn a damn thing from this defeat. I have no, zero, nada, zilch confidence in our GOP leadership and their ability to overcome. They are too RINOish to take a stand. They have no spine and certainly no cajones to stick to their guns. Anybody got the address for Boehner's and McConnel's office? I have some steel ball bearings and cast iron pipe I want to send them.

Exactly right Jake. I too am disappointed in Romney as being too centrist for my tastes, but it really boils down to getting Obama out of there. Romney is, without a doubt, the frontrunning candidate. Voting for Paul or Johnson is splitting us with conservative leanings and ensuring another win for Obama (at which point we can kiss America goodbye.)
