Like hell. What the fools should have done is secured the border after 9/11 and started rounding up illegals and deporting them. They aren't that hard to find. Concurrently, they should have enforce those provisions in the infamous Simpson-Mazzoli Act that Reagan stupidly signed that pertained to work place enforcement. Instead, the GOP chose to ignore the problem in return for campaign contributions. Today they have not only screw themselves, but the rest of us as well who have no desire to be the North American equivalent of Brazil.

Easy now. Handy Herman would fit right in there with Swinestein and Boxer.

No, Saxby did. Most folks here in Georgia were against TARP. On the other hand I bet most of the people who haven't fled the insanity that is California expect and desire a federal bailout. Maybe California should be given back to Mexico, seeing how a sizable number of Mexicans have moved there are are a big reason the state is bankrupt.

Perhaps so, but this time Saxby is in serious trouble. Trying to cut a deal over illegals with Kennedy isn't conservative in my book. He wants the so-called "fair tax", Tnlder. I don't. I trust Saxby as much as I do Boortz.

What needs to be done here is to have an immigration moratorium. The number of people allowed to emigrate to the US is way too high.

Screw Rubio. People who looked into his background could have discovered he was weak on illegal aliens prior to his election.

It is bad enough that those of us among the living have to pay for these parasites and socialize the costs while privatizing the profits of the greedheads who employ them.

The last thing the voters of Georgia need to do is to send a clown like Cain to the senate even though with that loud mouth of his he would be a fine fit with most of them.

"Sen. Saxby Chambliss Retiring in 2014" Good riddance to bad trash. Between Sen. Foghorn Leghorn's screwing around with illegal aliens and his support of TARP (and that is for starters) it is best for him to leave. As things stand he's leaving not because of the climate in DC, but because he knows he'll have a primary challenger.
