I love Herman Cain and believe absolutely that the accusations against him are manufactured by the likes of Axelrod and company (read Ann Coulter's column from last week) but he has a very troubling dearth of knowledge on foreign policy and national security. I'm sure that if he was elected he would surround himself with the right people but getting elected will be problematic in the extreme. Plus, the Dems worst nightmare is a black GOP candidate who will cut significantly into the plantation black vote they now monopolize.
You are an idiot.
For years I've said that if I could rub a magic lamp and make someone president it would be Gingrich. He is by far the most sophisticated thinker in american politics and his depth and breadth of knowlege make everyone else pale in comparison. And yes, I would pay hard cash to see him debate the moron in the WH. Obama is the emptiest empty suit I've ever seen and when one pays close attention to the blatherings that emanate from him you realize just how stupid and delusional he is. It is almost laughable except, of course, that he is wrecking the country beyond repair.
Pretty impressive resume. Only thing missing is "community organizer." Thank God!!
Couldn't possibly be worse or dumber than Joe Biden. Obama has Stage Five Incompetence so any GOP'er would be a vast improvement.
The NYPD, to my dismay, showed great restraint while all I could think was, "Where are the fire hoses?" These cretins were a oleogenous mass of aging hippies, socialists, communists, nazis (I did see several people claiming to be members of the American Nazi Party) and generally moronic anti-American, capitalist haters. Ironically, everything they claim to oppose is anathema to true free market capitalism. I doubt if the collective IQ of the OWS slime could qualify them to be be permitted to run a public toilet---which many apparently see no need for.
I had the great misfortune of walking through Times Square Saturday night during the height of the wretchedness known as Occupy Wall Street as it oozed northward to protest. The "demonstrators" were uncivil, unruly, and very obviously clueless. Barricades were erected everywhere so that getting around that normally very congested part of Manhattan became a nightmare. Adding to the bad dream were barbarians shouting "It's the Jews, it's the Jews" while people in Che t-shirts and bad Joker make-up and costumes pranced around and made innocent passers-by cringe. Moreoever, within a tree block radius of TS I personally witnessed several of the demonstrators urinating against a wall or against the curb between parked cars. Just wonderful.

Do you think the Nobel Committee will want their prize back---especially now that Obozo has sent troops to Uganda. UGANDA?!?!?
I agree. If I could rub a magic lamp and make any one of the candidates president tomorrow, it would be Newt. By far, the smartest, mot qualified person in the bunch. Every time I watch one of these so-called debates, I see Newt giving the best answers with the msot confidence.
The only persons to become president who brought their greatness with them were Washington and arguably, Jefferson, all the others had to earn their greatness and perhaps the greatest among the greats, Lincoln, was reviled, ridiculed and denigrated as much, if not more than any president in our history. Reagan is mostly revered now, even by many Dems, but for years before and during his prsidency he was the target of some of the most disgusting hostility imagineable. Paulson is correct, there are no perfect candidates, but any one of the current crop is FAR preferable to Obama who will certainly gon down in history as the worst president----EVER!!!
