This column brightens my day as it weighs on my heart. I am a Marine; I would have torn the little scumbag who shot your brother to pieces with my bare hands--I would not have used a weapon other than the strength of my hands. Society would not make him pay a reasonable price--his life--since liberals who think backwards are always quick to protect criminals at the expense of victims. If criminals are sent to prison, they are always released and within hours most times or days commit the same crime again--it is their nature. The bright note is that intelligent responsible women in increasing numbers take steps to protect themselves--the police never show up until too late. I took my wife and beautiful daughter to Front Sight.

We don’t talk about the first day of spring in 1974.  It’s been that way for as long as I could remember.  March 20th started off like any other as my 8 year old brother headed off to school wearing his blue ball cap and backpack. My mom remembers him yelling back into the house, ‘I Love You Mom” before shutting the door.
