The Second Amendment to the Constitution is an "insurance policy" against tyranny. One hope it never has to be used, but . . . In 18th-century definition, the term "well regulated" as used in the Second Amendment, refers to being "well disciplined", being able to hit your intended target, NOT "regulation by law". As such, ALL federal laws regarding firearms are unconstitutional, despite "supreme court" decisions.
