If it was so important to God then why doesn't the Mosaic Law (you know the law that God dictated to Moses) ban polygamy and gay marriage?

Leviticus 20:13. Please know something about the Bible before you try bringing it into any discussion. There are more laws in the Bible besides just the 10 Commandments. Most of the books of Leviticus and Deuteronomy are made up of laws not included in the 10 Commandments. .

And when you think about it, Christians and Jews are already far more tolerant of homosexuals than the Bible says we should be. God says we should be killing homosexuals. How much more tolerant do you want us to be?

Gay marriage is an issue most Americans simply don’t care about. We have opinions on it, but it simply doesn’t register, especially at a time of high unemployment. But President Obama shoehorned it into the forefront this week because he can’t talk about the economy, jobs, his record, the massive debt he racked up or anything he’s done since assuming office except ordering the raid against bin Laden. And that party was last week, so a new distraction from reality was needed.
