It's because the majority of the people who believe in climate change as chanted by the enviro-nazis are sheep. The data is inconclusive as to whether something is on a true trajectory of climate warming vs just a fluctuation that happens in a normal cycle. The people who stand to gain the most aren't in it for the money. It's the power. Climate change crisis = government regulation, just like shooting tragedies = government regulation, just like a lack of birth control pills = government regulation, ad nauseam.
I will never see another Jackie Chan movie (are you listening Sylvester?).
Lest I be accused of using code words, let me be clear. Not only do welfare recipients (not moochers) demand that I give them my hard earned money, they demand that I do so with a smile on my face and that I not denounce them as thieves. I don't agree with Ayn Rand theologically, but no one but an fascist, liberal minion could read Atlas Shrugged right now and not see the parallels.
The only redeeming thing about this is if it's true and methane kills everyone, we will go down in the universe history books as the planet killed by cow farts. It's almost funny enough to be worth it.

Have you seen the idiots running around the GOP lately? It's like watching ancient films of the keystone cops; mumbling and bumbling buffoons. I tried getting involved with the establishment crowd in my town, but they were so into "not being confrontational", that I gave up, disgusted. How else would you describe their dismal attempt at an election? We need a REAL conservative. No more milquetoast candidates. The liberals may be the most fascist, anti-American group we've seen in awhile, but their media machine is top notch. Where are OUR champions?
Why do we let the left frame everything? This is not about violence or "the children". According to the constitution I have a right to bear arms. The same arms my government bears. I don't hunt, I don't skeet shoot. I have a gun and I carry it to protect myself and my family. The next time you EVER hear a liberal/democrat talk about their feelings please know that it's because their facts failed. All they have is emotion, not reason.
Oh, poor k1ttee, your life has been reduced to trolling around townhall looking for snarky things to say. Keep it up!! LOL!!!

Al Gore, Super-Rich Sellout

Dear Mr. Goshdarn, what bothers your neighbors who lean towards conservatism (the one's you blithely refer to as idiots) is that Mr. Gore is a hypocrite of gigantic proportions. While I may not agree with Mr. Gore's ideology, I respected him while he practiced what he preached. He is now revealed as a base, bottom feeder that has used up the last of his credibility; showing that he is only capable of being green and anti-big oil only as long as it's profitable. I'm impressed that you took the time for a reasoned response instead of calling names....oops, I guess it's true; Liberals operate on feelings and fairy dust wishes, Conservatives operate on facts and reason.

Exactly who is in charge of this? We've formed committees to deal with the debt, committees to try and take away our 2nd amendment rights, why can't we form a committee to deal with stupid? Granted, almost every government program would get stopped, and almost every senator, congressman, supreme court justice and president would get fired, but where's the problem with that?

The Role of 'Educators'

This is why I told my 19 and 17 year old sons I am no longer willing to send them to college. I refuse to pay people to tell my sons that what I believe is garbage. I told them to go out, get experience and come back in 5 years and I'll help them start a company.
Herald, while it is true that the rates of violent crime have dropped, that is not due to "a better society", but because of a population bubble that put a LOT of young angry men into the population at the same time (the 70's and 80's). As the men aged, they committed less violent crimes and the population shrunk reducing the rates of violent crime overall. Also, Ms. Schlafly needs to understand that the Supreme Court was right. It is not the government's job to decide what my child watches. As a parent that is my job. If the government starts choosing, where does it stop?
