In response to:

Pet Turkey Killed by Neighbor For Dinner

After reading a number of postings on this site, I have come to the conclusion that America, in the last forty years, has managed to produce quite a number of arrogant, self-inflated egomaniacal, haters whose only purpose in life is to suck off the welfare teat and attempt to destroy anything even slightly different than their personal beliefs. If some of these people would re-read the article and Katie's comments, they would realize she is against what occurred. But, no, most of the haters want a target that they personally do not have the common sense nor the comprehension to understand.

So, anyone who thinks two kids shooting their neighbor's pet turkey with a bow and arrow 'isn't funny' is an "arrogant, self-inflated, egomanical, hater whose only purpose in life is to suck off the welfare teat and attempt to destroy anything even slightly different than their own personal beliefs..."? Wow...that is QUITE a logical 'quantum leap' you made there! You sure that isn't a just simple case of 'projection' going on here?

Rusty,

Good name, since the gears in your head need a little oiling!

Now, let's look at Katie's post:

She headed it as "Just for fun"

Her only comment, after copying the news was:

"I have to admit, the bow and arrow use is impressive."

Nowhere in there can anyone with even the most basic comprehesion of the English language conclude whether she was for, or against what occured.

How anyone who really read (and understood) most of the posts could conclude that most were:

"...quite a number of arrogant, self-inflated egomaniacal, haters whose only purpose in life is to suck off the welfare teat and attempt to destroy anything even slightly different than their personal beliefs."

You obviously didn't read the posts, or are a one-trick-idiot pony.

actually,if you read it without bias, you'd see that her comments were NEUTRAL,something you may not have experienced. She made no statements of approval or disapproval.

Having used a bow when I was a teen, I know hitting a moving animal is not any easy task.
(no,I did not try to shoot animals)

Very good, Milt37. You have proved my case. I did read the post, but I have enough common sense to understand it. Apparently your personal life is so miserable, all you can do is attack others. Please continue with your hateful rants and solidify the fact that you are a professional hater.

Just for fun:

Investigators say a neighbor and his friend used a bow and arrow to shoot and kill a Panhandle family's pet turkey for their Thanksgiving dinner.

Sheriff's deputies arrested two Santa Rosa County teens on Monday. They're charged with armed burglary, armed trespassing, theft of livestock and animal cruelty.

The teens told deputies they planned to eat the 30-pound turkey for Thanksgiving.

I have to admit, the bow and arrow use is impressive.
