Dear Mr. Adams, My only objection to your article is your reference to Cleveland. Most of the people who live there are good people who work hard to overcome the stupidity of their local politicians, who are pretty much like the leaders of your university.

These cadets are future officers. It seems to me that if they cannot tolerate being offended by the fact that a fellow cadet has religious beliefs that are different than their own, they are not officer material and should be dismissed from the academy. In our society at large, why would anyone think we could create a society in which no one is ever offended?
