Don't Knox This 'Serious Network'

Pew Research found that Fox and CNN devote approximately the same amount of time to programs classified as 'news'. They made no judgement on whether the news was biased. Scores of other studies have shown Fox to be so biased as to render their watchers less informed than if they watched nothing at all. MSNBC is commentary and opinion and makes no bones about it. They do not claim to be hard news as Fox does.

Rachel maddow does NOT constitute SCORE OF STUDIES" by the way 1 score = 20, so your saying that there are atleast 40 studies on this. Wake up you lying moron

Have you forgotten that "score" means twenty? There have been a few (indicating somewhere between 2 and 10) studies over the years purporting to "prove" that assertion. Upon examination, they have all been shown to be conclusions in search of supporting data.

Rufus-the-Doofus,

You're so full of it there is not a diaper big enough to hold it all in.

First, you cite a Pew study that is benign. Then you allude to "scores of other studies" (uncited) that have to be immediately discounted. Based on my extensive study of your post, I declare you a brain-dead idiot!

I call DimLib BS on this post...

Total BS. Fox is about evenly split between news shows and opinion shows, and THEY make no bones about it.

"Scores of other studies have shown..." - code for "my personal opinion is...", unless of course you can legitimately cite.

Can you point us to the studies that show Fox to be so biased?

Just days after the Turner Broadcasting System CEO claimed that CNN "is a serious news network," it aired a childish report on "Anderson Cooper 360" about convicted murderer Amanda Knox, which appears to have been written by Amanda's parents. Next up: "The Charles Manson story, reported by Squeaky Fromme."

Amanda, you may recall, was charged, along with her Italian boyfriend and another of her acquaintances, of sexually assaulting and murdering her English roommate, Meredith Kercher, in Perugia, Italy, in 2007. Amanda and her boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito, were convicted, the convictions reversed and then the reversal...
