School Calls Cops on Gideons Distributing Bibles

There are Bibles in school libraries, so your point is mute. If the child asked about Satanism are you saying the teachers cant hand them a GLAAD pamphlet? Yeah I thought not.

Why are you surprised? It is the same public school establishment, after all, that suspends a third-grader because he chewed a pop-tart in the shape of the gun (accidentally, at that). Or refers a child to police for "weapons possession" because he has a cap gun. Or reprimand a child for pointing a finger and making "puff!" sound.

No my point is NOT mute and you made it perfectly ruff, There are bibles in the library.

I wrote "If the child wanted a bible, tell them where to go to get it, but dont violate rules of employment and then complain you got fired. "

if they were in the library tell the student that. But if the rules say a teacher can not give a student religious literature and he did then he violated his workplace rules.

I do not think a teacher should hand someone Satanic religious pamphlets is that what you want teachers doing?

Oops! Sorry for my rudeness, ruffn3k; I thought you were another liberal trying to put down conservatives. However, you did misuse the word "mute"; I think you mean "moot".

Some of you may wonder what difference a person's political beliefs make on this point. It makes a lot of difference. I know liberals are stupid, but I'm willing to give a fellow conservative the benefit of the doubt.

"Mute"? You've obviously a product of a liberal educational system (that's not intended as a compliment).
