If he was actively going around and slamming homosexuals that would be against regulations, but that's not what theyre saying, he simply excercized his faith and is being singled out for it, religion isnt just something you do at home, it goes with you everywhere, and the Military needs to recognize and respect that.

When a "faith" actively slams homosexuals, "exercising" it doesn't look any different from actively going around and slamming them.

No that is not what he did. He made public derogatory statements about the CIC and his policies at an official Military event. And he was counseled that it was against regulations to do so because it is.

That is what h was counseled for, and it had nothing to do with his religion.
