An attack on an American embassy is a political act, whether you choose to admit it, or not. As political acts go, it is an act of war, since, both by long tradition and international agreements, embassy grounds are considered, and treated, as home ground of the country running the embassy.

I don't particularly care what your idiotic leftist ideology thinks of such things, as they've long since lost any sort of real credibility. Reality is about dealing with the world as it is, not as one's ideology foolishly presupposes.
