The poll mentioned above where 92% of owners were positive on the Volt. Seems to me that human nature would propel that kind of response as I do not know anybody who would seriously want to admit to stupidity. The one person I know who owns one continues to defend it and her decision to purchase even though it is no longer a part of our conversation. This indicates to me that it has become a compulsion to perhaps bolster her sense of self worth or perhaps innate intelligence? Who knows - but she has become a bore.

I won't even get into the ridiculous difference in cost of ownership of the Volt over the comparable ICE powered Cruze.
Call 'em up and have them pay the full cost of the vehicle and then ask 'em again how "satisfied" they are.
