It appeared to me to be a "knock-down, drag-out" FIGHT with one or more Unions! I reluctantly accept Trade Unions as an acceptable part of the American way of doing business; But no one will ever convince me that "Unions" will ever be an acceptable entity in Non-Commercial endeavors such as Teaching and Personnel management. EEOC and like functions are more than capable/willing to insure a reasonably safe workplace free of undue harassment/spiteful terminations and so forth! I could go into the non-productive, "No-Show", drunks/druggies, but -We all know "the Drill"!
