It's no wonder the United States has lost it's #1 standing on the world stage. What kind of respect could the rest of the world have for people who allowed themselves to be tricked by a socialist con-artist. His lies were blantant and NO ONE even questioned his lies. How do you respect a country that didn't respect itself. We deserved what we got and if we do it again, we will lose what little we have left of our dignity as a great intelligent country.

It's called denial or selective hearing Rose Marie; when adoring fans kneel at the feet of a conjured up image, they are ripe for the pickins of any snake oil salesman....and Obama is certainly that.

No, Rose Marie, WE did not deserve it. I voted for the other guy, as did many other citizens. We knew Obama was not the right man for the country. Some of our citizens believe that the US as we know it needs to become a socialist country. We can't do anything about them except explain why they are wrong, and hope they understand some day. Many of our citizens are gullible and wanted to believe the things Obama promised - we can pity their naiveté and hope that they grow up some day. Other citizens were hoodwinked because all they watch is MSM, and the lies, half-truths and omissions from that source accomplished what the liberal media hoped for.

THEY got what they deserved - not WE, THEY. We, sadly, suffer for their ignorance.

We've got plenty of lamp posts and rope for the traitors in our midst . . . we may have to utilize them soon . . .

It's becoming increasingly clear that President Obama is not burdened with too heavy a commitment to honesty.

This is hardly a shock about any politician, but revelations of dishonesty hurt some more than others. Announce that Bill Clinton has been speaking falsely, and it hits the ears with as much force as the news that birds fly, fish swim and dogs lick their own nether regions.

But Obama was supposed to be different. He was a "lightworker," an ocean tamer and cynicism slayer. In short, he was supposed to be too good to be true -- and it turns out he...
