Stupid people voted for all of this. We are hurting badly too. My husband lost his full-time job at the end of 2009, and he is still seeking a similar position. We are finding jobs that give between 15 and 20 hours a week. We are also in the process of losing our home. It would seem that we have exhausted our sympathy for thoughtless voters who put all the same junk back in office. These two-bit politicians are ruining this country and the people in it, and they don't care. Yes, we are not truly "second rate."

Hate to give you more bad news, but Obama Care will solidify the part-time work problem that your husband has been facing. Obama Care applies to employees that work 30 hours or more per week. Several service industries have already started cutting their full-time employees to part-time at less than 30 hours per week and their part-time people, too. This will look good on the federal employment stats as this will create opennings to take up the slack, but it does nothing for the people stuck in part-time positions. Essentially, he will have to work 2 or more part-time jobs. Sorry, but the Feds are clueless and don't care as long as they can manipulate the stats to claim things are getting better.

I agree with you, stupid people voted this bogus prez back into our white house, we had a chance to vote him out, I did my part and voted for Mitt. I also feel that obama stole the election again, this man is dirty to the core and he is a communist who will transform America to another 3rd world country.

Many Republicans have accused Barack Obama of ignoring the economy. That's not true. The problem with Obama is not that he has ignored the economy, but that it was never his top priority in his first term as president, even as millions of Americans suffered the consequences of a devastating economic downturn.

Now, with many still struggling, we know the economy won't be Obama's top concern in his second term, either. On “Meet the Press” on Sunday, when the president was asked to name his top priority for the next four years, he first listed immigration reform. “That's something we...
