I've felt that if someone, say Marco Rubio, an extremely cogent, easily understood and relevant speaker was to address the Hispanic audience, in Spanish, spoken as easily and clearly understood as his English is, he'd be able to swing those voters to the republican ideology and it would be much better than trying to buy those votes!!! I predict Rubio's rebuttal will be a home run!!!
