Feminism went totally off in the wrong direction in my view. Women wanted to enjoy sex in a womanly way. Good idea. Then they decided they had to enjoy sex like a man. Wrong idea. It ended up with women losing their civilizing effect on the male sex drive. It ended up with women suppressing their more cautious, emotional approach to sex and trying to be like men....thats feminine? No, just another kind of suppression/oppression.

Well said. Marriage is about about the physical union of a man and a woman and the resulting children. Marriage commits them (especially the men) to stay and help raise the children and provide a safe home. When government can change this institution completely and destroy the meaning of marriage, then they can do just about anything. This is horrendous government overreach.

All of these shows are "shows". They are entertainment first, news not so much. O'Reilly, Hannity, etc. are opinion shows...what am I saying? All of the news shows have become opinion. But I really get annoyed with the way O'Reilly and Hannity won't let others speak. Why do they have them on? When O'Reilly decided to support gay "marriage", that's when I knew he doesn't have the same world view as I have. He succumbed to the illogical brainwashing of Hollywood and the rest of the media.

Anyone who believes homosexual behavior is deviant is squarely in the crosshairs of anyone who believes it is not. This is because the homosexual activist and supporters have convinced those who believe it is acceptable that this is not a difference of opinion. They believe we are exactly like racists. Our viewpoint is no longer a viewpoint, it is an evil that should eradicated and those who hold that view are to be scorned. Though they won't silence us, or change our view, we are marginalized and not allowed a voice in the public square. I believe one day you may get arrested for expressing any disapproval of homosexuals.

I don't know what sort of treatment you think these dying prisoners get, but they get better medical care than some of us on the outside. Also, haven't you heard that 70 is the new 50. Being over 70 doesn't mean you are no longer dangerous.

WA state hasn't figured out how to deal with its new law. Smoking isn't allowed in a concert. But saw a jerk ( I know he was a jerk because he sat in front of us and thought he could stand up and dance through the concert!) smoking a joint. Security ignored him. It's just a new layer of problems. How do they detect whether someone is at an illegal level of "intoxication" when driving? Where do you get to "smoke" pot but not cigarettes? Second hand pot smoke is even more of a problem than cigarette smoke....this is nuts.

Look, all this "evolves" from embracing relative truth. If there is no absolute Truth, then mere men, but especially government, get to say what is right and wrong, what is good or bad, etc. Orwells story is coming true!
