Young people are by nature, socialists. They want everything done for them or want to tell other people what to do. The only ones who are on the right track are the ones who work, are not polluted by liberal mush, and have the desire to make it on their own. Very, very few young people could be said to be "wise beyond their years." As compared to liberally indoctrinated, yes, but youth is still youth and still must be cultivated by wise older Godly instruction.

Last week, the Washington Post published an opinion piece by a Marine captain titled, "I Killed People in Afghanistan. Was I Right or Wrong?"

The column by Timothy Kudo, who is now a graduate student at New York University, is a fine example of the moral confusion leftism has wrought over the last half century. Captain Kudo's moral confusion may predate his graduate studies, but if so, it has surely been reinforced and strengthened at NYU.
