That is a complete lie. I am an election judge in Dallas County and we offer a service called curbside voting for ANYONE who doesn't feel they can walk up to the voting booth. We literally bring their ballot to their car and yes that includes electronic ballots. The machines actually are transportable. These people were electioneering and intimidating some voters and HELPING others plain and simple.
