“Romneycare (HALF BANKROLLED by other States, through the federal government, violates the Enumerated Powers.” Romney never voted for federal funding of healthcare in Mass. Unlike Ron Paul, he also never proposed, or submitted for insertion into bills he knew would pass, federal healthcare funding for Mass. If it is a violation of the Enumerated Powers and the 10th Amendment, Romney is not responsible for it, just as you claim Ron Paul is not responsible for the earmark spending that violates the Enumerated Powers and the 10th Amendment.
