So I guess feMALE, woMAN and woMEN. Sophomore, meaning second seems too judgemental, junior is too demeaning and senior is too superior and exclusive so I guess we need to just lump them all into one category, soon to be unemployed ex-students.

Get rid of the Dean's List and all departmental and campus wide Honor Societies. Too exclusive. The kids who smoke weed, party and have nonstop sex would have their widdle feewiingggs hurt because they're flunking out.
