Excellent article and well stated. What drives me crazy about the whole same sex marriage debate, is that it promotes the gay lifestyle as simply another alternative and viable lifestyle. As this debate continues, I believe it will force heterosexuals to expose the truths and realities of the gay lifestyles, as they will have no choice. Only then will people really be able to see why God has ordained traditional marriage as not only the only acceptable form of marriage, but also the most desirable form of marriage for our own good, health, and ultimate happiness, as well.

This is only a partial solution, and naive at best to say that the borders can't be closed. Its more like no one wants to try. Morris' solution will solve the problems of illegals being employed to some extent, but will not stop the flow of criminals and drugs into the country, which has been an increasing problem for decades ( 40 or so). Morris also needs to include overhauling the welfare system, as well, where we can pick up a huge amount of unskilled laborers. But, until we reduce the flow of drugs into our country, many welfare recipients will just continue to be satisfied with welfare and drugs for their livelihood, not to mention other sources of criminal income, like theft.
