Its all about readability.
Sometimes I hit caps lock by mistake and since I don't touch type, I don't see my mistake until I'm finished.
I will, however, type (sorry about the caps lock).
Use all caps to emphasize ONE or TWO words. All caps is just shouting, so use your inside keyboard.
