The legal issues are bit murkey, because the moneys transferred were by third parties. Are they really going to put 100 year old Bunny Melon on trial? That won't be good form.

Drik, you can go on all day, but the fact is, the point had been won. Saddam allowed inspections to resume. Bush went to war anyway.

Sorry, Palin's ingorance of history when she was doing a tour about history is kind of the problem here. In short, she made a spectacle of herself by not doing the proper research into a subject before attending a public event. Then instead of just admitting she made a mistake, she insisted that she hadn't. Sweet Evil Geeezus, you want this woman in the White House? Seriously?
Again, why do we need to lock up so many people?
The problem, of course, is that we lock up too many people, more people than we ever planned for, because a lot of businesses are getting wealthy off the Prison Industrial Complex. The United States locks up more of its citizens than any country in the world. Nearly 2 million, or one out of 150. By comparison, Germany only locks up 1 in a thousand. So what are the Germans doing right that we are doing wrong. And it's not just Germany. France, Japan, Britian, Italy- all have incarceration rates that are much lower than ours.

Gee, why am I not surprise that the three top enemies of Plutocrat wannabees are lawyers, unions and the Gummit. Nothing a plutocrat hates more than a fair fight. Sorry, guy, the little girl who got her intestines sucked out by a defective pool pump deserved to be sued....
Frankly, Breibart rushing up and seizing a podium at someone else's press conference kind of shows he's got some issues himself.

Again, you talk about killing our awful system like it's a bad thing. Let's review, shall we. Highest Infant Mortality Rate in the Instrialized world. lowest life expectancy in the industrialized world. 16% of GDP paid for health care, compared to 8% for most countries. 62% of Bankruptcies linked to medical crisis, 75 of those people had health insurance when they got sick.
