Allen is fighing a losing battle. All recounts are only run until the Dem wins. Since they always are in control of recounts, they set the rules, and as always, the rule is we only count Dem votes and only until there are enough to win. Then it's over. Allen can always complain to our head law man, Eric Holder, who managed to get the FAst & Furious investigation shut down, but seems to have left the scene for a few days, until this Benghazi / Petreaus debacle can be swept under some rug in the White House. The most corrupt administration ever, has 4 more years to finish their destruction.

Again -

I lived in Florida at the time of the Florida recounts and I can tell you truthfully that President Bush won EVERY recount. Even the one sponsored by the liberal media. That was not one, not two - but three recounts. President Bush won them all.

Stop trying to rewrite history - you're not very good at it.

SCOTUS stopped the ridiculous farce of the FL Supreme Court. Even if SCOTUS had stayed out (maybe they should have), the House of Representatives would have ruled in Bush's favor.

The Allen West recount saga is still ongoing in Florida. West has filed a complaint with the court and final results are expected to be announced Friday. From the campaign:

The St. Lucie County Canvassing Board met on Sunday, November 11, 2012 for the stated purpose of recounting “all ballots cast during early voting.” This “refeed” was not conducted pursuant to Florida’s automatic recount statute, but rather as part of the canvassing process. The Canvassing Board, however, re-fed only ballots cast on three days during the early voting period. This limited, partial re-feed – not conducted...
