Remember when King Barack the Moronic said he would go through the budget "line by line" and eliminate wasteful and unnecessary spending? I do. Apparently, this must fall under the category of "indispensable," right up there with PBS, Amtrak, the National Endowment for the Arts, cowboy poetry festivals, research into the effects of cocaine on monkeys, choreography software, and tunnels under roads for turtles and alligators--all vital to our survival as a nation.

It looks like we need more sequestration, not less. The National Institutes of Health is getting getting federal grant money to study why lesbians are more overweight than gay men because it's really important. From CNSNews:

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has awarded $1.5 million to study biological and social factors for why “three-quarters” of lesbians are obese and why gay males are not, calling it an issue of “high public-health significance.”
