There's certainly a rational solution to the health care crisis. Return health insurance to what it was originally intended, i.e., emergencies and catastrophic care. Quit making it pay for everything that walks through the door. Quit mandating "free" services. Quit rewarding doctors for performing unnecessary tests, which I understand amount to nearly $1 trillion per year. The system can be fixed well short of complete government take over.

Wickard v. Filburn is simply wrong. Supreme Court decisions may be the law of the land, but that doesn't make them right. If Supreme Court decisions were carved in stone, the Dred Scot decision would have prevented Dr. Sowell from having the life he has today. If Obamacare is not reversed, we're all going to taste a kind of slavery as congress will see no limit whatsoever to its power.

What else should we have expected from a man who's never really worked a day in his life. He thought he could be president without breaking a sweat - simply giving speeches to the swooning masses, with congress falling all over itself to enact his pronouncements. That, and the selection of Joe Biden, show how unqualified he was and is.

Since she was not employed by Herman Cain, he had no "power" over her, nor would his conduct, if true, be considered sexual harassment. I once had a horrible employment situation, and I can guarantee you that after quitting, I never sought those people out.
Obama is the ultimate socialist/communist. He got his, and he wants to make sure that nobody, except for his fellow elites, gets theirs.

He murders his daughter for being too westernized, but he is all too happy to enjoy the benefits of western justice.
The left is unhappy and thinks it's only fair that everybody be equally unhappy. How else to explain their constant need to be in everyone's face. Their constant need to inflict their beliefs on everyone else. Those who are secure in themselves don't feel this need. We just go on about our business and live our lives.

The current occupant of the Oval Office is a spoiled brat who's never really worked a day in his life and behaves as though his mere presence on this planet is enough. That the whole world doesn't swoon at his feet with his every utterance is perturbing him deeply, and he has no abilities beyond silver-tongued oratory.
The bill is unconstitutional. Article I, Section 7 of the Constitution provides that ALL bills for raising revenue SHALL originate in the House of Representatives. This bill, which the government now confirms raises taxes, i.e., revenue, originated in the Senate and was then voted on by the House. And if the Supreme Court ultimately upholds it and declares that Congress' has the power to force us to to buy something, then America will have ceased to be a free nation. Congress will continue its quest for complete domination over us, and we will be nothing but slaves.
