Nope. I think it's the same guy, "Ray Ankel." He posts the same things on nearly every thread. This reveals his obssessive-compulsiveness and strong idealism, both of which indicate that he had a negative relationship with his father. He is subconsciously trying to seek approval from a male authority figure by being perfect and blameless. The irony is that the more rules he has, the more imperfect he is according to his own rules, so he makes up more rules. Another aspect of his idealism is revenge. He is seeking to punish conservatives by continually disrupting the threads with utterly irrelevant cut & paste posts.

Renault's order after seeing a Nazi officer shot by Humphrey Bogart's character, Rick Blaine: "Round up the usual suspects." He issues that command to give the impression he's trying to solve the crime. In the aftermath of the Newtown massacre, the Renault approach is alive and well.
