Alison, you're still a proglodyte moron. C'mon. Africa is the way it is because there's a lot of ethnic hatred between tribes, a lot of paganism, a lot of corrupt politicians, and a lot of socialism. It's physically a harsh continent, and that can only be overcome by Biblical ethics and philosophy, and capitalism, which together equalize, unify, purify, and motivate societies to improve themselves.
It's the answer to all their questions; it's the response to all those who oppose them.
