That tax scheme is anything but fair to the less than wealthy. As for Obama, I surely hope he doesn't ever even acknowledge Boring's presence, let alone talke with him. Not after the last 5+ years of daily insults and name calling. The airwaves have definitely improved since Boring retired. Please stay gone.

It's only unfair to the "less than wealthy" in that they don't get money back above and beyond what they've put in. The prebate covers taxes they poor would spend on consumables such as food and gas. The tax is only applied to anything new that is bought, not to used or resold items. This method means that those "poor" who insist on buying the latest "bling" pays the same as everyone else... Those that are willing to buy used items can limit the amount of taxes they pay. Now THAT sounds fair to me !!

When someone says “First Amendment” you immediately think about your right to free speech, or perhaps freedom of religion. The First Amendment actually goes beyond that. For those of you who attended government schools, it’s time for a refresher. Here’s the actual wording:
