I am still wondering WHY nothing has been said about the agencies. These dens of vipers are proof that fascism is alive and well in this country. Unelected, unaccountable, inflicting mandates and regulations on the states without the approval of Congress, and the levying of fines which the states (and private citizens!) have no defense against, out of control and weighted with fraud and waste. They are well over a trillion dollars of the budget, yearly. Abolish the Dept of Education and the EPA...just to start.

Congress and the President may have reached a deal on averting the “fiscal cliff,” but taxpayers shouldn’t even think about popping champagne corks.
